Less than five minutes on foot from the Hotel Volney Opéra, and a stone's throw from the world-famous Palais Garnier and Place de la Madeleine, you will find Le Shack. A combination of a wellness centre, co-working space, restaurant and bar, it welcomes you for your professional meetings as well as your moments of relaxation. During the day to finish up some work, in the evening around a cocktail, make Le Shack your own.
An extraordinary place
At Le Shack, everything is original. This 1,500 m² space was originally designed in the late 19th century by none other than Gustave Eiffel. You can see architectural details such as the metal beams that bear witness to his approach. The building was originally home to the Calmann-Lévy publishing house, and had a printing press located in the basement. Today, the intriguing design of the place and its preserved original features recalls its past, while bringing a touch of elegance and comfort. Le Shack is now a place to meet, exchange and share, work, relax and enjoy...
Le Shack cuisine
Whether you visit Le Shack for relaxation or a sophrology session, a drink with friends or for some quiet reading time, don’t miss the opportunity to taste the dishes of chef Albane Auvray. She happily combines her passion for French cuisine with her love of Southeast Asian gastronomy. The menu changes every month in accordance with her inspiration and creativity, as well as with the seasons. The vegetable-based desserts show true originality!
You only have to cross one street to reach Le Shack from the Hôtel Volney Opéra. In the middle of the day for brainstorming with colleagues or to take a Zumba class, in the evening for a drink, or at mealtimes to discover the refined cuisine of chef Auvray, check out this unusual address!
